At KJB Engineering our main aim is to take full advantage of all our state of the art machines and technology. This ensures that when a component or assembly arrives in our fabrication shop, it can be assembled and welded to the highest standard and to the smallest tolerances.

When designing components for fabrication, using powerful Radan 3D modelling software we are able to incorporate location tabs, slots and etch points. This massively reduces assembly and component positioning time whilst eliminating the chances of human error.

For large batch fabrication, KJB Engineering is able to design custom jigs for clamping and assembling components for fabrication. Again this reduces time and helps save our clients money.
