KJB Engineering operates fully CNC Amada press brakes capable of folding up to 3 meters in length. All component bend sequences are calculated using the latest Radan software, and are carried out with the highest degree of accuracy by our skilled operators.

Some of the tooling capabilities KJB offer are:

• Standard tooling used for most operations.
• Sectional standard tooling for specific bend lengths and multiple folds.
• Over 90° tooling to achieve acute angled folds up to 30°.
• Hemming or safety edge tooling for exposed material edges.
• Large and small swan necks for folding deep narrow channels.
• Polycarbonate radius tooling for folding internal bend radiuses from 10mm to 30mm at 2.5mm increments.
• Rolla V tooling for folding extremely short bends on thinner materials, or where cut outs fall very close to the bend line.
• Sectional bottom dies for all the above for achieving complex folds.

Our standard sheet folding capabilities are:

KJB Engineering also offers the following forming operations:

• Sheet rolling up to 1200mm wide and 2mm thick.
• Pipe and flange swaging with various tooling.
• Fly press forming for thin sheet.
